She’s worked with both nonprofit and for-profit teams across healthcare, SaaS, and higher education, designing everything from live and virtual training to eLearning and microlearning.
Karole’s approach is grounded in a simple idea: learning should be engaging, useful, and built to make a real difference. Using tools like Articulate, LMS platforms, video and media development, and AI-enabled workflows, she creates solutions that are thoughtful, efficient, and designed to stick.
