This is a sampling of a 20-module New Hire helpdesk representative e-learning training course. Originally, the company had no training of any kind in place for new representatives. After observing current representatives on the job, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, and using all the software programs needed for the job, we created a scenario-based course that allowed new employees to practice the skills they would be using in a safe environment as they learned their new role.
