This company was in the process of updating and automating its main fulfillment center. For this particular project, all of the jewelry the company sold was being moved to this main fulfillment center. This warehouse had never handled jewelry previously. These items needed to be inspected periodically by the quality department. We worked with subject matter experts from the company's other fulfillment centers to learn the process and design, develop, implement, and finally evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
