Fulfillment Center Sorter Training

This company was in the process of updating and automating its main fulfillment center. For this particular project, a new sortation system had been installed. We worked with the project manager and the system engineers to learn all the new equipment and new processes. We designed a tour of the new equipment, developed training for each station that interacted with the sorter, implemented the training, supervised other trainers as they took over the process, and evaluated the program's effectiveness.
